About shipping services in CZE:

Most of our products are rather large and heavy. That’s why our offer of shipping companies is rather limited. Our products are currently delivered by two shipping companies: GLS and PPL. We pick the companies on the basis of the weight and dimensions of the products in order to achieve the best possible shipping costs.
Products are usually delivered to our shops every Friday. The exact date of delivery will be confirmed by phone after your order is processed.

 

About the delivery.

The ordered products are shipped from our shops directly to your home (usually within 24 hours). On the date of delivery, the courier will send you a text message with the number of your order. Thanks to this number,
you can track your order or contact your courier directly. As soon as the product leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive detailed instructions including the contact information of your courier.

Price of a small parcel(encasement, pillow…) – CZK 99 CZK

Price of a medium or large parcel (mattress, furniture…) – CZK 340 and CZK 440

The ordered products are shipped from our shops directly to your home (usually within 48 hours). On the date of delivery, the courier will send you a text message with the number of your order. Thanks to this number you can track your order or contact your courier directly. As soon as the product leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive detailed instructions including the contact information of your courier.

In accordance with the Act on Records of Sales, the seller is required to provide the buyer with a receipt. At the same time, the seller is required to register the received payment online with the tax administration; in case of a technical failure within 48 hours; in case the taxpayer is making the record at the given cash register in a regular mode,
the seller provides a digital receipt and sends it to the client via e-mail.
